We focus on providing regulatory consultation and formulating food safety templates for dairy products (infant formula milk powder, special formula milk powder, adult/senior milk powder, other milk powder, liquid milk), health products and other prepackaged foods sold to China.


Chao Li
Director

Chao Li is one of the co-founders of Global Star T&T Hong Kong Holdings Limited. Since 2005, he has been engaged in various food safety work in China's food industry, possessing rich experience in regulatory knowledge of dairy products, health products and prepackaged foods, compliance inspection, design and implementation of milk powder factory production lines, as well as handling business related to product imports to China. He is an outstanding trainer and is passionate about consultation and training.

Chao Li loves this job and can effectively help clients build and manage sustainable food safety projects. He is skilled at helping food enterprises cope with the complex food safety regulatory environment and works closely with all of our consultants to help them achieve their compliance goals.

Ellen Ma
Director

Ellen Ma Li is one of the co-founders of Sida Global Food Safety Solutions. She has worked for a large national media outlet and a Dutch infant milk powder brand, and has rich experience in food safety. Ellen Ma has outstanding experience in food safety projects. She is a senior consultant of Chinese national standards and is proficient in the quality system management of raw materials, auxiliary materials and final products. Ellen Ma is also an excellent nutritionist, with meticulous thinking and specific suggestions on various prepackaged food formulas. Enthusiastic about helping new enterprises formulate food safety plans that meet unique needs. She loves the diversity that comes with her job as a consultant and auditor, and is passionate about learning about different processes and products.

Sting Shi
Consultant

Sting Shi is a social welfare worker who has long been committed to food safety promotion and popular science education. I once worked for a well-known media outlet in Beijing for a long time. For many years, he has been committed to carrying out food safety knowledge popularization activities with a scientific attitude and a pragmatic spirit. In his promotional work, Sting Shi has always emphasized the combination of theory and practice. He is skilled at teaching the key points of safety in food processing, storage, transportation, import, sales and other links, and providing solutions based on the requirements of enterprises. He is also good at helping enterprises understand various regulations through vivid case analysis. In addition, he is proficient in the compliance inspection of prepackaged food labels and providing solutions.

Nick Zhang
Consultant

Nick Zhang is an IT engineer specializing in the informatization construction of food safety. For many years, he has been committed to integrating technological means into the supervision and management of food safety. He is proficient in digital standard retrieval and the implementation of standard verification techniques.

He focuses on developing food traceability management systems and is skilled at customizing and establishing full-process information tracking from raw material procurement to product sales. He is also skilled in the standardization construction of enterprise data, customizing standardized retrieval and daily applications suitable for the enterprise itself.
